We look for people to join us in several roles and offices:
Ubiqus - London Office
Based in Central London near Fleet Street.

The role focuses on our added value documents so a good understanding of current affairs and interest in writing is a plus. Time management and exemplary written and verbal communication a must. - Sales managers. B2B sales background? Want to work with a client portfolio of household names like Oracle, Fujitsu, and BP? You bring us natural sales talent, we'll nurture it. Apply online.
Freelance Roles
We believe in building long-term relationships with our freelancers. Many have been working with us for years. But we're always interested in hearing from new applicants who bring the right mix of skills and experience.
We receive dozens of applications from freelancers every day. But you can help us take notice of your application by following the process we've set up:
- Apply online and only online. (Please don't send emails or call. We're just not set up to take individual enquiries from all our applicants. Sorry.)
- When you apply online, the information you provide is registered in a database.
- If we can take your application to the next stage, we'll contact you.
- Freelance writers. It's not journalism; it's not PR; it's not creative writing. Based mostly in the London area, our writers summarise and transcribe a wide range of corporate and government events. Apply online.
- Translators. Working into any of 70 languages, you'll have significant expertise in professional translation, with professional qualifications in languages or translation. Apply online.
- Interpreters. We develop lasting relationships with court and conference interpreters. You must be a member of the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI), Institute of Linguists (IoL) or the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI). Apply online.
- Court reporters / stenographers. Our court reporters transcribe court hearings, depositions, arbitrations and other legal meetings. You'll be an experienced palantypist, stenographer or verbatim shorthand writer. (Please note: this isn't court journalism.) Apply online.
- Transcriptionists. You need typing speed of 70wpm or above, and an excellent eye (and ear) for detail. Apply online.
