We look for people to join us in several roles and offices:

Freelance Roles

We believe in building long-term relationships with our freelancers.  Many have been working with us for years.  But we're always interested in hearing from new applicants who bring the right mix of skills and experience.

We receive dozens of applications from freelancers every day.  But you can help us take notice of your application by following the process we've set up:

- Apply online and only online.  (Please don't send emails or call.  We're just not set up to take individual enquiries from all our applicants.  Sorry.)
- When you apply online, the information you provide is registered in a database.
- If we can take your application to the next stage, we'll contact you.

  • Writers/Transcribers Working from home and/or attendance writers needed to join our team. You must be able to learn and work into our house style. Previous experience with transcription work is helpful but if you're keen to give it a try then get in touch, letting us know your general availability, by applying here: Apply online.
  • Interpreters. We develop lasting relationships with court and conference interpreters. You must be a member of the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI), Institute of Linguists (IoL) or the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI). Apply online.
  • Court reporters / stenographers. Our court reporters transcribe court hearings, depositions, arbitrations and other legal meetings. You'll be an experienced palantypist, stenographer or verbatim shorthand writer. (Please note: this isn't court journalism.) Apply online.
